Terms and conditions of bookings in Inkari Hotels
Terms of the contract
INKARI HOTELS: Service provider hosting.
CLIENT: Passenger who takes the services of Inkari Hotels (of age).
CHECK–IN: Check-in process to the customer in hotel before entering the room.
CHECK-OUT: The process of checking out of the client at the time you are finished using the services of the hotel.
NO-SHOW: It is the non-presentation of the passenger in the hotel prior to 23:59 hours on the scheduled day of arrival, without prior communication.
BOOKING: Agreement between Inkari Hotels and the Customer to reserve room(s) for requested dates.
FEE FOR SERVICES: Additional surcharge of 10% to the consumption of services provided.
GENERAL TAX SALES (VAT): Tax corresponding to the 18% rate.
General conditions
When you make a reservation through the Website, the Customer unconditionally accepts the following terms and conditions. No agent, servant, representative or third person has the right to modify, restrict or extend the terms of this agreement.
The terms apply to all hotels of the chain. The reason social will depend on the hotel you booked:

Conditions for the booking via the web
- The rates shown are initially net, do not include VAT (18%) and service charge (10%).
- The service charge (10%) will be added in the last step of the purchase process.
- VAT, if applicable, is paid in the reception.
- Rates are expressed per night/room, not per passenger.
Cancellation policies
- Cancellation 1 day: Changeable or cancelable up to 1 day before Check-in without charge.
- Cancellation 7 days: Changeable or cancelable up to 7 days prior to Check-in without charge.
- Non-Refundable: Do not accept changes, cancellations, or refunds.
- No-Show: Penalty for the total amount of the stay.
- The fees are charged in us dollars (USD). The proof is also given in USD.
- The confirmation of the booking is made within a maximum of 24 hours.
Conditions for the process of Check-in and Check-out
- Must present ID card, passport or resident card of all occupants (including children and visits).
- Visits: 30 minutes maximum, duly identified.
- Minors: only with responsible guardians and notarization.
- Residents peruvian pay a VAT of 18%.
- Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and TAM with income less than 60 days to an exemption from VAT.
- Peruvian non-domiciled must prove residence in the foreign country.
- Check-in: from 13:00 hrs / Check-out: 12:00 hrs.
- Early Check-in / Late Check-out is available at additional cost and upon request (subject to availability).
Conditions for the stay in the hotel
- Mobility service available with cost. Coordinate with 24 h in advance.
- It allows you to 1 child under 5 years old sharing room with two adults without extra cost.
- The breakfast buffet includes two people per room. Additional children must pay according to age.
- Extension of stay must be reported with at least 24 h in advance. Subject to availability.
- In case of force majeure, Inkari Hotels relocate to the customer in another hotel of the chain, or similar.
- We are not pet friendly.
- Non-smoking rooms and facilities. Penalty: $ 250 per day.
- Free WiFi in reception, common areas, rooms and relaxation areas.
- Parking available (subject to availability by order of arrival).
- Damage or deterioration of furniture will be charged to the passenger.
- The hotel is not responsible for loss of items not insured or declared.
- It is recommended to use the safety box in the room or reception (subject to availability).
- Forgotten objects are managed according to the protocol Lost & Found.
- It is prohibited the entry of non-registered persons.
- The consumption of beverages external is subject to a fee of corkage.
- We do not offer tours, but we can refer local operators.
- Prohibited the consumption or possession of hallucinogenic drugs.
- The rooms feature a smart TV to log into platforms personal.
- The guest must sign out before you leave. The hotel is not responsible for unauthorized access later.
- The hotel reserves the right to limit the sale of alcohol to persons in apparent state of drunkenness to protect guests and staff.
Procedure of Customer or Visitor is Not Pleased
Inkari Hotels prioritizes the safety and respect among co-workers, guests and visitors. You may declare a person as a NON GRATA for the following reasons:
- Leave the hotel without performing the Check-out and with consumption or outstanding debts.
- Register with false information or impersonate another person.
- Try to pay with money or with false documents repeatedly.
- Commit physical assault, verbal harassment or threats are checked.
- To commit robbery or theft within the hotel, against any person.
- Login with minors without registering them, or without the authorization of attorney (if they are not their parents).
- Enter chaperones are not identified with official documents.
