RESERVATION REQUEST
- All requests must be channeled through the email reservas.suites@hotelesinkari.com for the preparation of the corresponding quote.
- Once the quote is accepted, the payment of 50% of the total amount must be made for the reservation to be confirmed according to the requested dates.
- Confirmed the reservation, the following information must be provided:
- Full name of passenger (s)
- Identification document scanned on both sides of the passenger (s)
- Date and time of arrival of the passenger (s)
- Date and time of departure of the passenger (s)
- Passenger phone number (s)
- Passenger email
- Data necessary to complete the registration form before arrival, the guest will only have to present their identity document and sign the form for the magnetic key to be delivered. The guest’s registration will be done in person when delivering the information requested above, thus avoiding the crowding of the public at the reception.
